Located at the top of each outgoing and incoming fax page, the Imprint Header can either be used in its default capacity, or customized to include additional information.
In its default capacity, the Imprint Header is used to identify the date and time of the fax transmission, as well as the fax machine sending the fax (Remote Terminal ID).
The imprint header can also be customized and used to replace the fax cover page. Information typically found on an outgoing fax cover page can be compressed into the header. Using the Imprint Header instead of a cover page is especially cost-effective for fax broadcasts, or whenever you’re sending a large number of faxes.
The information in the default Imprint Header includes:
■ | Date |
■ | Time |
■ | RTI (Remote Terminal Identification) |
